vaPUREx® AR 3/3 is a fluorine-free alcohol resistant class B fire extinguishing foam agent for low-, medium- and high-expansion foam applications. Its special combination of polymers supports the formation of a resilient foam lamella. The generated foam displays an exceptional burnback resistance. Fuel pick-up is negligible, even when applied directly. This is confirmed by its performance ratings acc. to EN, IMO, Lastfire and a number of large scale fire tests. The foam agent can be used with potable water, seawater, brackish and recycled industrial water for all fires. Due to its fast and excellent fire performance the product provides a true alternative to fluorine-containing foam agents in high-risk areas.
